Boba Bee started with a simple idea: what if a bakery felt like a place you actually wanted to linger? Not a rush-in-and-out counter, but a real neighborhood spot where the bread smells like home and the shelves are stocked with things you're proud to serve.

We opened our doors on North University Avenue with a small oven, a honey supplier down the road, and a commitment to doing things the slow way. Every loaf is hand-shaped. Every pastry is folded by hand. And every item on our grocery shelves is chosen because we'd put it in our own kitchen.

Today, Boba Bee is still that same shop — just with a bigger oven, a longer counter, and more neighbors stopping by each day.
